Accessibility
The Woodson is committed to providing equal access to housing, information, and services for people with disabilities. We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Fair Housing Act, the Missouri Human Rights Act, and other applicable accessibility laws.
Website Accessibility
Our goal is to provide a website that people with disabilities can access and use, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
If you have difficulty accessing any part of our website, viewing floor plans, submitting an inquiry, or obtaining information, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or assistance through an accessible method.
When reporting a website issue, please include the page or feature involved, a brief description of the difficulty, and your preferred way for us to contact you, if possible.
Housing Accessibility and Accommodation Requests
We provide reasonable accommodations to rules, policies, practices, and services, and permit reasonable modifications to apartments and common areas, as required by applicable law.
Applicants, prospective residents, and residents may request disability-related assistance with the leasing process or the use and enjoyment of their home and community. Requests may be made orally or in writing, either directly or through someone acting on the individual’s behalf. A particular form or specific legal terminology is not required.
We review requests individually and respond promptly. Any disability-related information obtained during that process will be handled confidentially as required by law.
For information about accessibility features in specific apartments, building entrances, parking, or common areas, please contact our leasing or management team.
